All prices are subject to change, and we do our best to keep them as up to date as possible.

Most items can be shipped in 3 – 10 days, subject to local suppliers availability (customers will be advised if a product is unavailable).

Due to the large variations of sizes & weights of our Products, Freight charges are estimated as closely as possible and may vary to those calculated by our website.

Customers will be contacted if there are extra charges.

Returns
Shipping on any returned items is non refundable.
When returning items we are not responsible for lost items so you may want to courier them back to us.

Privacy
Be assured that your details will be kept secure by our website, it will ensure your payment details are kept private and secure. You will see the padlock showing your card details are being encrypted. This is where you can then authorise payment to your credit card.

Propwash DVD’s
Please be aware that our DVDs, which are called DVD-R, will play on virtually all new machines. We also recommend that you review the manual that came with your player to determine if it can play DVD-R disks.
So next order try DVD ! You'll love the higher quality.

DVD Policy
If you find that our DVDs will not play on your machine, return the DVD to Propwash Video Productions in the same condition as you received it. We will test it and, if it plays fine in our players, we will replace it with a VHS copy of the same program. If we find that the disk has a problem, we will replace it with another disk.

Methanol, Nitromethane, All Pre-Mixed Glow Fuels, Balsa Cement Weak, Strong, Non-Shrinking & Colour Dopes, Dope Thinners Sanding Sealer, Diesel Fuel, Paints, etc…

Only Products less than 1 Metre long can be shipped internationally.
i.e: large kitsets, 1220mm Long Balsa & Large Plywood Sheets, cannot be sent.

Use our Online Shop automatically calculates freight, to chosen destinations
or contact us for any other enquiries.

All Payments are Processed Manually by us, not by the website so there is no chance of doubling up on orders.

If you do not receive a confirmation Email Message after your order is placed, there was a problem processing the order, or it was missing some essential information. Either shipping address, card holder address, card number, or expiry date were incorrectly entered. Please use a valid email address with no sender blocking programs, as our site uses different email addresses to send you information.
